From M25 junction 5
Follow the A21 for four miles and take B245 to Hildenborough. At the roundabout take the second exit to Tonbridge. After 2 miles, turn right on the B2027 and pass through Leigh. Turn left (B2188) and at Penshurst turn right towards Fordcombe and the hospital is on the right after the village.
From Hastings
Follow the A21 to Pembury. Take the A264 exit to Tunbridge Wells town centre, follow the directions to East Grinstead (A264). Continue through Langton Green village and turn right to East Grinstead (A264). Turn immediately right into Fordcombe Road (B2188) and the hospital is 500 yards along on the left.
From Heathfield
Follow the A267 into Tunbridge Wells town centre. At the roundabout, take the first exit into Eridge Road and then right at the small roundabout into Major Yorks Road. At the end of this road, turn left onto the A264 to East Grinstead (opposite Spa Hotel). Continue through Langton Green Village and turn right to East Grinstead (A264). Turn right into Fordcombe Road (B2188) and the hospital is on the left.
From Maidstone
Follow the A26 to Tunbridge Wells via Hadlow, Tonbridge and Southborough. Turn right at the mini-roundabout (Kent & Sussex Hospital on your right), bear next right and follow the A264 to East Grinstead. Continue through Langton Green village and turn right to East Grinstead (A264). Turn right into Fordcombe Road (B2188) and the hospital is on the left.
By rail
The nearest station is Tunbridge Wells which is approximately 6 miles from the hospital.

Take the A21 following signs to Hastings. After the bridge turn right and right again at the next junction onto the B2093 (The Ridge). At the mini roundabout go straight on. At the next roundabout turn right into the Conquest Hospital grounds and follow signs to Spire Sussex Hospital.
By car from the east and Rye
Take the A259 to Ore village. At the traffic lights turn right onto the B2093 (The Ridge). At the next roundabout turn left into the Conquest Hospital grounds and follow signs to Spire Sussex Hospital.
By car from the west and Bexhill
Take the A259 and turn left onto Harley Shute Road (B2092). Turn left
at the next
roundabout on to Queensway. At the next junction turn right onto the
B2093 (The Ridge). At the mini roundabout go straight on. At the next roundabout turn
right into the Conquest Hospital grounds and follow the signs to Spire Sussex Hospital.
By train

From Etchingham Railway Station
Follow A265 to Hurst Green. Turn left on the A21 to Coopers Corner, then right on A229 to The Moor and Hawkhurst. At the traffic lights, with the Royal Oak on the right, turn left and StoneRock House is on the left.
